Avo Boutique Hotel

We had such a great time at Avo Boutique Hotel in Zanzibar! The place is honestly a hidden gem – super cozy and beautifully done. The family running it are amazing, they made every guest feel like the only guest. They always went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and happy. The extra mile was taken for us. The whole staff is kind, friendly, polite, and professional. And the restaurant is absolutely delicious – every meal was a treat! We honestly didn’t want to leave!

For me, it was the perfect vacation. Pure relaxation! A small, clean, family-run resort right on the beach. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The professional owners look after their guests. Since I was traveling alone, this gave me a sense of security. The food was very good. I'm a vegetarian, and special requests were accommodated without any problems. The fresh juices, hummus, and curry were addictive. If I come back, I'll definitely stay here again.

This is a little piece of paradise. The hotel is right on a beautiful beach and has a lovely infinity pool looking out to the ocean. The food is the best we had on the island. The owners and staff are lovely people they can’t enough for their guests, it really has a home from home vibe. The grounds are beautiful and the views when having your meals are breathtaking. Such a tranquil spot and the rooms are spacious comfortable and clean and the WiFi was great. I can’t fault anything about this hotel. Such a beautiful setting
